Hi, I'm Toni Ranjit
It's nice to meet you. I would like to tell you about my work here, and explain why I like working at STULZ. Perhaps we'll be colleagues some day soon?
As an open and communicative kind of person, who enjoys working in a team, the interdisciplinary teamwork with our specialist departments at the Hamburg site makes my everyday work fascinating. The international work environment, with our various subsidiaries and suppliers, enables me to develop intercultural understanding and specialist knowledge.
Following my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, I got to know STULZ as an employer in 2010 during a three-month placement in the "Performance Test Bench" department. After this, I was offered a job as a student employee. I took on this position during my Master's degree, so that I could gain some initial work experience in the field of cooling and air conditioning technology. After successfully completing my Master's degree in 2012, I moved to the "Design & Development" department, and have been working there ever since as a Design Engineer.
I found the STULZ company on the Internet when I was searching for a student placement. The friendly atmosphere and international focus appealed to me straight away.
As a Design Engineer, my work mainly involves developing new precision air conditioning units and further developing existing ones, from the product specification to the start of production, plus follow-up support during production. I design technical cooling components, model the air conditioning units using the "SolidWorks" CAD system, produce the associated technical drawings, parts lists and assembly documents, do costings and plan prototype tests. Working on my own initiative and having a lot of room for maneuver in the planning and implementation of projects continually motivates me to keep coming up with further improvements.
