Hi, I'm Kristijan
It's nice to meet you. I would like to tell you about my work here, and explain why I like working at STULZ. Perhaps we'll be colleagues some day soon?
I have always enjoyed making things with my hands. And even more so if it was something technically challenging, like an air conditioning unit, for example. Understanding the influence of physics on the individual components and what possibilities there are to improve efficiency is vital for this. Being able to pass this knowledge on now and help others, in English, German or Croatian, is broadening my horizons.
I began with an apprenticeship as a Cooling Systems Engineer (now known as a Cooling Technology Mechatronics Engineer). I gained professional experience at the company's own test laboratory, where I tested prototypes and presented customers' units to them. Following part-time further training to become a Master Engineer in Cooling Technology alongside my job, I now work in Technical Support in International Sales.
I first became aware of the company at a factory tour organized by my school and STULZ. I gained further insights during work experience, which strengthened my resolve to do my apprenticeship at this company.
Now I take care of partners around the world. My current work includes holding training courses here in Hamburg or outside, general communication via phone and e-mail, and trips to partners (trade fairs, commissioning, technical problems). I am the bridge between production and our partners. Our aim, of course, is to be able to offer our customers the best possible service and provide them with assistance when needed.
