As the rollout partner of customers, planners, IT service providers and building contractors, STULZ takes on comprehensive project responsibility for the installation, commissioning and punctual handover of the system.

Project managers for all tasks
For each project, a STULZ project manager, who co-ordinates all teams and project tasks, is assigned. These teams include not just our STULZ specialists for cooling and air-conditioning technology, but also long-time partners in the fields of heating, ventilation, electrical engineering, health & safety, fire safety and sanitary engineering. The STULZ project manager directs the construction phase, monitors the subcontractors and guarantees expert, punctual start-up.

A certified, turnkey system
With the turnkey handover of the system, the customer receives comprehensive documentation about the building services management system. Certified to ISO 9001:2000, this provides a reliable basis for the service management of these systems.
