STULZ is taking over the Air Conditioning division of SERVO KING Austria

As of June 1, 2011, Hamburg's globally active climate specialist STULZ and its subsidiary STULZ AUSTRIA GmbH are taking over the Comfort and Precision Air Conditioning and Service divisions of SERVO KING in Austria.

By purchasing these divisions from SERVO KING, which has been one of its sales partners for almost 30 years, STULZ is extending its market leadership position to further increase its presence and activities in the Austrian market.

STULZ AUSTRIA GmbH will also be taking over SERVO KING's entire air-conditioning workforce, so that all existing commercial contacts will be unchanged. STULZ AUSTRIA currently employs around 30 people in a well-established sales and service structure throughout Austria. The employees' technical expertise covers the entire service portfolio: consulting, planning, installation and service for comfort and precision air-conditioning systems, chilled water generators and humidification plants.
