STULZ is a finalist in the IT Performance category
Hamburg, November 2007. This year, for the ninth time, the “Computerwoche” magazine has picked out the best IT projects for its prize “User of the Year”. Out of 94 candidates, STULZ found a place among the three finalists in the category “IT Performance”. The air-conditioning technology expert entered the competition with a mobile business solution for service and maintenance.
Thanks to a special piece of software from KI AG specially adapted for STULZ, service technicians are now able to organise their jobs completely using a PDA. All orders and information about customers’ systems are transferred via the Internet. The data acquired on-site is then synchronised with the order management system. And customers can view the status of their orders via an Internet portal at any time. With this new mobile business solution, confusing stacks of paper are a thing of the past - for both STULZ service technicians and their customers.
